Ready for Your Large Successful Future?

When you think of people who are living a fabulous life who comes to mind? Bill Gates? Meryl Streep? Some prince, princess, or high dignitary? Bill Gates is the richest man in the world and he is deeply involved in helping people around the world. That’s not only fabulous, that’s almost fabled.

But if you knew someone who was going about their life without fame, wealth, and public adulation, would you say that that person is living a fabulous life?

For most people the answer would be ”No.”

And that makes the lives of 99%-plus of the people alive at any time un-fabulous.

Are fame, wealth, and public adulation the only criteria for a fabulous life?

We think not.

What about:

** Being true to your deepest desire.
** Standing apart from the crowd. .
** Putting yourself on the line, which means you take big risks.
** Speaking your truth.

Anyone who can live according to those standards is truly living a fabulous life.

But we all know that, no matter our intentions, most people (including those who are successful) are confronted, almost daily, with obstacles to their own fulfillment.

Yes, there are external obstacles. But the obstacles that really matter, that are actually far more powerful, are the unconscious blocks and resistances that dictate what you can and cannot do and who you can be — no matter what you tell yourself consciously.

Those unconscious limits take many forms and dictate what you have internal permission to pursue and what is forbidden to you.

But there is one limit-maker that applies to everyone, no matter their status in the world, which can seriously prevent you from living your fabulous life. And that is your willingness and capacity, or not, to advance beyond your station..

By “station” we mean the extent to which you can envision yourself out in the world. Because when that vision is limited, then to that extent you impose your own restrictions on how far you can go toward self-discovery, self-acknowledgment, self-expression, and self-satisfaction.
You are not divine but human. You are not infinite nor eternal. So there will always be some measure of limitation to which you can envision yourself out in the world.

And, right now, what’s the extent to which your vision propels you forward toward a larger life? And, how is your vision currently limiting the way you are presently living?

To live a fabulous life is to step out beyond the extent to which you can envision yourself at any moment. Because when you do, you are in a moment of discovery, of daring, of hearty imagination as you realize and bring to life the rich gifts that exist within you.

No, you don’t have to be fabled to be fabulous. But you do have to be willing to step out. And step out again, and again. When you do, a truly fabulous life awaits you.

    Dear Jim and Judith,

As I am reading your blog, and my eyes pass over,
“But if you knew someone who was going about their life without fame, wealth, and public adulation, would you say that that person is living a fabulous life?”
I stop to answer the question before proceeding because that is how I read, with full intention. Or, why bother, eh?!

And, my Inward answer starts like this,

Of course not, fame and the like is hardly the “stuff” of fabulousness!  The most fabulous life to me is one that is funded consciously aware from WithIn, Spirit SELF at the helm, and I do not mean in a helter-skelter kind of way that is “on” today and “off” tomorrow and randomly switching “on & off” in some mysterious way out of the conscious control of the individual.

TRULY, Fabulous is free from the gnawing pain, and often kept secret from others, of seeking to obliquely deal with a sense of worthlessness that’s rooted in separation from WHO WE ARE, in non-effective efforts to fill the “hole in the Soul” with the “stuff” of paragraph one, thereby creating a facade of being “fabulous” or even fabled.

Actually, fabulous in living the ordinary day-to-day life in come-union with one’s Higher SELF as their daily self in thought, word, deed, and feelings. Now, that is one fabulous be-in life!

Then, I continue reading.  You & I think, NOT — ah, we concur.

However, I consider the list in your blog, while addressing the types of behaviors of persons not tethered to the ways of the “maddening crowd” of normalcy seeking external authority, approval, or adulation, to be items highlighting the effects not the cause of fabulousness.

From my perspective, is not so much achieving the standards of living that fulfills us, as it is communing with our Indwelling SOURCE Who is ever informing us, that generates a permanency of living, that is really beyond fabulous in that it is infinitely available no matter what happens to the standards, and it is eminently a life that is Peaceful or Contented.

Now, fabulous is a word for this Peaceful contented state, yet it is a descriptor or label of our sense of living from our hearts connected to our emanating Presence and, thus, living consciously from Who We ARE - InSpirited Beings of Light~Love~Harmony~Peace - and all the fruits thereof that are fabulous, indeed!

Sorry, if this seems like I am splitting hairs, but, from my point of view, these splits make all the difference in the world, TRULY.

I’d love it if you would drop by and visit with me and possibly deepen our relationship. My home is presently a construction zone, and is currently known as my webpage: http://www.selfgnosis.org.

Excuse me a moment, I must wax poetic, I cannot help myself!

    In the Cosmic Pattern,
our woof and weave may be crossing,
creating a piece within The Cosmic Cloth
    that has no Weaver

    which is made grander
    IF/when
    those beings
who are the woof and weave
simply notice how they are touching

    Its potential
    is idle and
    pregnant with potential
    until
    seen and embraced
    by those comprising its weave,
    and

    It is alive
    birthing its potency into reality
    when
the hearts of the woof and weave
    come into collaboration to create it outward;

    It is made holy
    when the collaborators
enter communion with the unseen Weaver and
    allow it to unfold
    its grandness
    expanding the expressions of
    greater good…

    All to Love,
    Sharon

PS. Those obstacles/limitations are all you say they are and more; they are, the vibrational gap we have independently created for ourselves and have maintained an attachment to having.

When teaching this to children (and the child within adults) I simplify the concept by saying these obstacles are TRULY our “trash on our path.” This “trash” cannot ever be at-one with our SOURCE of Being because all of it is anti-vibrational to SOURCE, and as such, our “trash” repels us from our Divine inheritance by occluding our recognition, and invariably, our re-union.

This means it robs us from our Come-into-union or Communion which is our natural state, and this state has a permanency unless we UNdo it (which we have the Free Will to do, or not to do, as the case may be). Well, you know how that goes, eh?!

I have directly experienced how these obstacles MUST be transmuted and their energy returned to harmonic resonance with SOURCE for us to be done with them forevermore. (YEAH!)

Otherwise, they keep resurfacing to be dealt with, albeit in different forms, again and again until we deal with them once and for all. We have the power to do so, but, clearly, we must know how-to.  Free Will requires that we must accept this fact and apprise ourselves of what this means and the how-to’s. Nothing we have created of this negating nature “just disappears.”

From all that I read in your lovely posts, (Keep up the input, people often have a need to jump on the ship and ports you can show to them for advancing their lives forward before they are ready to be about the business of serious transformation as I am pointing towards.)

I am guessing that you two are hovering around this lodestone of understanding and ready to hone in to the mother-load.  It is one of gnosis: SELFgnosis.  Ummm, wonder if I am sensing this correctly or not?  I wouldn’t want to cross that pompous line and assume I know your heart or any other person’s heart, albeit, the signs seem to beckon my attention thusly.

  2. Fali Kumana. Says:

All people want freedom from something or the other. Most people want financial freedom and freedom from responsibility. I want financial abundance too, but that is not the primary most important freedom that I want. No, I do not want freedom from responsibility. For me, the most important freedom is the freedom from involantary reaction to external and internal stimuli. I want to develop and achieve by my own diligent efforts, the ability to stop reacting involantarily, through self awareness,to every kind of stimuli that appear in the process of life itself.
As Stephen Covey has been purpoted to havesaid, ” Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom to respond, and in that response, lies our happiness, growth, and liberation.” With this liberation comes this attitude in life. The attitude of BEING THE HIGHEST GOOD.
“Whatever career you may have adopted for yourselves, let it be entwined within the context of a commitment to hold an individual human being’s life, welfare and the safety of his property, as the highest good. Higher than the good of any Religion, State, or even an External Almighty God, for the Highest God is not some External Almighty, Real or Mythical Authority outside of ourselves but, the Reality within ourselves. Acknowledging this Highest Authority within ourselves, creates the probability for us to acknowledge this Highest Authority within others as a reality, thereby enabling us to respect others like ourselves.
“There lives a Master in the hearts of men maketh their deeds, by subtle pulling strings dance to what tune HE will. With all thy soul Trust Him, take Him for thy succour Prince! So ― only so, Arjuna! ― shalt thou gain ― by grace of Him, the uttermost repose the Eternal Place.” The Song Celestial, or Bhagwada Gita, Chapter 18, translated by Sir Edwin Arnold, MA. KCIE. CSI.
Thus harming and destroying others in any manner is the same as harming and destroying ourselves in the same manner. “

  3. Meenakshi Says:

Let’s hope the “For most people the answer would be ”No.”” will come by too, and receive your gifts, Judith and Jim! So that more people realize that their own lives are pretty near fabulous [specially if they are little known and therefore free to be whoever they want to be!]
